Resumo

El enigma del juicio falso “según el conocer y no conocer” presenta numerosas dificultades de interpretación. Según una influyente lectura, este se genera solo porque Sócrates excluye de la discusión a aprender y a olvidar, estados intermedios entre conocer y no conocer. Es decir, porque la disyunción entre conocer o no conocer no es una instancia del principio del tercero excluido. Aquí argumento en contra de esta interpretación. Primero cuestiono que la exclusión de una tercera alternativa al conocer y al no conocer tenga algún rol en el enigma. Y posteriormente explico en qué sentido aprender y olvidar son entes intermedios sin ser una tercera posibilidad entre conocer y no conocer.
