Ethics and learning in Plato
Keywords:
dialectics, pedagogy, recollection, platonismAbstract
The author proposes a journey throught Plato's work, visiting the Menon, Phaedon, Phaedrus, Republic and Theatetus, in the pursuit of variations of the platonic pedagogical theory. It is sustained that the theory of recollection develops in the course of the dialogues, opening to the questioning of its substitution (or not) by a theory of noetic vision. Some comments are provided on the inseparability of Ethics and Epistemology.Downloads
