Heidegger’s interpretation of Nietzsche’s Augenblick... A propos of an Onto-Theo-Logical Dispute
Keywords:
ontotheology, desire of power, Augenblick, EreignisAbstract
This article aims to analyze, in the light of the conception of Augenblick, what Heidegger (from 1936 onwards) understands as the most radical theme in Nietzsche’s Philosophy, namely “the will to power and the eternal recurrence of the same”. It will be seen that it was Heidegger himself who had to develop a way of understanding Western History as the History of Metaphysics (which is the History of Nihilism). It is at that point that the History of Thought turns us towards Ontotheology for its hermeneutic key. It may be that, for the German philosopher, the ‘unthought’ of that History, namely Ereignis, can become an object of questioning.Downloads
