Socrates’ Philosophical defense of Plato: considerations about the dialogues Apology and Statesman

The aim of this paper is to maintain the thesis that the trilogy formed by Plato’s dialogues, Theætetus, Sophist and Statesman, has as its principal function a philosophical defense of Socrates directed against the accusations narrated in the Apology.
