The objective of this work is to make an analysis of the theory of the judgement in the Aristotelian tradition from De Interpretatione and its variants in the late Scholastic. There follows a comparative analysis of the theory of the judgement on the Logical Investigations of Husserl, especially the investigation V, paragraphs 28 and the following and a brief reference toTugendhat’s thought.
